ADVANCE BOOKINGS / DEPOSIT PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

The weekends for every season are always popular & are readily open for advance bookings while weekdays (Mondays through Thursdays) should not be a problem. The weekend slots of March, April & May are traditionally popular right after the monsoon season with anglers eager to get back into the action. This is also true for the months of August, September & October just before the monsoon. As there are only about 35 weekends in a typical season, it would be good if you could book the weekend slots in advance. Tentative bookings are also welcome, but a secured slot will obviously only be provided on a first come first deposit basis.

Please make a 50% deposit for slot confirmation (first-come basis) & full payment 1 week or the latest 1 day (cash only) before the scheduled trip. All reservations are considered tentative until a 50% deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is received one month prior to the departure date. All deposits refunded are subject to a 10% administration fee.

It is appropriate to highlight that it's not our practice to readily refund deposits or full payment as this would defeat the purpose of obtaining a deposit payment for confirmed slots. The slot could have been scheduled for another group. It is a relatively short fishing season, hence the reason behind our 1 month cancellation policy.

We are currently only accepting cash, telegraphic transfers, local internet & ATM funds transfer & cheques/bank drafts for payment; however we are looking into alternative modes of payment in the future.
